QualiTEAM

The project

Quality, tools and European cooperation for transnational apprenticeships

QualiTEAM – Quality support for long-Term European Apprenticeships Methodologies was created to support the development of a shared European vision for long-term transnational apprenticeships. The project addresses a number of challenges that still affect apprentice mobility: differences between national VET systems, difficulties in recognizing skills acquired abroad, organizational and pedagogical complexity, language barriers and limited awareness of the benefits of mobility.

The partnership will work on the creation of tools and methodologies to make cross-border apprenticeship pathways more accessible, structured and high-quality. The planned activities include European research and preparation, the development of guidelines, the mapping of partner companies, the creation of the QualiTEAM platform, European and bilateral agreement models, student selection, mobility support and tools for the recognition of learning outcomes.

A specific focus will be dedicated to strengthening certification and skills recognition mechanisms, also through reports, final guidelines, a pilot database and materials useful for scaling up the model. The project also includes communication and dissemination activities, including webpages, promotional materials, videos and the distribution of Europass Mobility documents.

MAReA participates as the Italian partner within a consortium coordinated by COSVITEC, involving VET providers, research organizations, educational institutions and stakeholders from Italy, Romania, Greece and France. Through QualiTEAM, MAReA contributes to the development of European tools designed to make transnational apprenticeship more effective, recognizable and sustainable in the long term.
